Canceling renewal
Use the Paddle customer portal to cancel automatic renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund a collected charge. Paid access normally continues through that period and ends afterward.
Requesting a refund
Reply to the Paddle receipt, visit Paddle buyer support, or contact emdev4fun@gmail.com. Include the purchase email, Paddle transaction ID, and issue description. Never send a full authorization code, payment-card details, or sensitive source code.
Paddle Live purchasing is not enabled; the current Sandbox checkout does not create a real charge. Statutory cooling-off rights, digital-content rules, defective-product remedies, and other mandatory consumer rights always apply.
How refunds affect subscription entitlement
- A full refund of the current paid period or an effective chargeback may end paid access.
- A partial refund does not automatically cancel a subscription; access depends on the remaining payment and subscription status.
- A refund for an earlier period does not revoke a separately paid current period.
Public installers remain downloadable. A refund or cancellation does not delete local user data or end an otherwise valid, subscription-independent 30-day trial.
Payment-provider scope
This policy currently applies to subscriptions handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
